TTS Fitness is pleased to announce our 3S Challenge. Stay home, Stay active, Stay fit! We are all facing challenging times but staying fit and active is very important to your body, your mind and overall health for you and for other members of your family. We have created 30 activities to help keep you active during your time at home. Complete one activity per day and click on the button below to log that activity. These can be done in any order that you choose. We love pictures too, so be sure to check-in at TTS Fitness on Facebook and share your photos there also or you can upload them directly to this site. We will have two winners after this 30 day challenge is over. One winner will be for the family who completes the most activities and posts them on Facebook. The second winner will be for the most creative and active workout posts on TTS Fitness Facebook page. This will be voted on by TTS Fitness staff and winners will be announced on May 1st. 3S Challenge Activity List
- Take a nature walk and post a selfie or group family photo
- Post a picture of a healthy home-made meal
- Meditate for 10 minutes straight with NO distractions
- Drink 64 Oz of water and walk for 10 minutes
- Play a board game with your family
- Draw a family picture to be hung up at TTS Fitness
- Complete a puzzle
- Dress up as your favorite Super Hero
- Walk 10,000 steps in a day
- Complete one of the workouts from our Members Only Video Workout Page
- Play a family game of kickball or soccer
- Do 30 minutes of yard work for a neighbor or relative
- Wear your favorite collegiate gear for a workout
- Complete 15 minutes of air squats, sit-ups, and push-ups wearing crazy socks
- Pay it Forward. Do something nice for someone. Example: Hold the door open or give them a flower
- Walk up and down the stairs in your home 10 times straight. If no stairs in your home, find a hill
- Write down 10 things you appreciate
- How long can you plank? Time yourself and post results
- Complete 20 minutes of calisthenics in your yard. (example: Jumping Jacks, jog in place, burpees)
- Play catch with a baseball or football for 30 minutes wearing your favorite sports team gear
- Call a friend or family member that you haven't talked to in a while
- Watch a sunset or sunrise
- Take a family bike ride
- Thank your local delivery person and post a selfie with them
- Play hide and seek for 30 minutes
- Post pictures of your pets
- Attend one of Staci's weekly Zoom exercise classes
- 2 minute wall sit outside on a tree or fence
- Play a game of HORSE with your family using a basketball
- Do 5 sprints up and down your driveway
By participating in this challenge and these activities, you agree that you are physically fit and able to participate in this physical activity on your own and and agree to hold TTS Fitness, its owners, and instructors free from any liability involved with performing these activities.
