Zumba 10 Week Session
Zumba is back for the summer at TTS Fitness. We will be hosting a 10 week session with Rachel Carter on Monday's from 7:30pm to 8:30pm. The 10 week session starts on Monday June 12th and goes through Monday August 14th. ZUMBA® is a fusion of Latin and International music / dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, and based on the principle that a workout should be "FUN AND EASY TO DO." The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.
