Fall 2017 Xtreme Conditioning
This 8 week conditioning program will run on Wednesday and Sunday nights from 6:00pm to 7:00pm starting Wednesday September 20th and going through Sunday November 12th. The focus of the program is strength and conditioning specifically for wrestlers using a variety of exercises to increase movement, flexibility, agility, and conditioning. This program is open for all wrestlers grades K-12 who want to get or stay in wrestling shape and get a jump on the season. Drop in prices are also available.
