Young MAC Program (Ages 5 - 11) Summer 2018 (NON Member Pricing)
Youth MAC Programs help your child stay active through structured group exercise programs. Each Program will be designed and taught by TTS Fitness Professionals. Your child will be taught the proper techniques to increase their movement, flexibility, agility, speed, and conditioning in a group environment with a certified trainer. Each age group will have the opportunity for two 45 minute group workouts per week within their age group plus they have full gym access for the summer. Sign up now to keep you child active and fit! This 8 Week Program runs from Monday June 11th, through Friday August 10th, taking the week of July 2nd off for the Holiday.
