MAC – Movement, Agility and Conditioning Summer 2019
Just as the name implies, our MAC programs focus on proper exercise movements, increasing agility, and introduces your child to techniques that will help increase conditioning and speed. Studies show that children under 16 years of age should have at least 1 hour per day of physical exercise and our MAC programs focus on teaching your child the proper ways to exercise in a group environment with a fitness professional from TTS Fitness. Advanced MAC (Ages 10 - 16) will start Monday June 10th, 2019 and be held on Monday's at 11:00am, Wednesdays at 3:30pm and Friday's at 11:00am and run through Friday August 2nd 2019
