Group activities and exercises can be both fun and beneficial! At TTS Fitness all of our adult circuit classes are carefully designed each day to focus on different groups such as your core, arms, legs, and abdominal muscles. We do a warm up, stretch out, and then we do a 10 station circuit. Each station lasts for 2 minutes and has a 30 second rest in between. These are typically low impact exercises and some examples include: Wall sits, planks, leg raises, level changes, or burpees.
