Staci Kruisenga is a graduate of Grand Rapids Community College and Cornerstone University. She is a Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist and Nutrition Couch through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). She has been a fitness enthusiast for many years including participating in group fitness, personal training, weight lifting, Kettelbell, and independent learning. After the birth of her second child she incorporated her love of education and fitness and began her journey to become a Certified Trainer. Now a certified trainer Staci is dedicated to bringing her passion, experience, and education to other fitness enthusiasts at all levels in their fitness journey. Staci believes that incorporating fitness into one's life and family is one of the most important choices they can make for mental and physical wellness. She continues building on her education in fitness by keeping up to date with current science and trends in the fitness industry. She also incorporates the importance of balanced nutrition.
Leah Dammen is a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Leah continues to educate herself on all of the latest changes and advancements in the fitness industry and loves helping people along their journey to better health. Seeing people accomplish their goals continues to show Leah the importance of health as a whole in and out of the gym. Health entails not just physical stamina but mental and emotional well-being and she believes that nothing feels better than lifting that weight you never imagined you could and knowing you are stronger for it! Leah is here to help you set goals and crush them, both in the gym as you train and in the kitchen with your nutrition. Leah lives in Middleville with her husband Cade and two children and enjoys spending time with family, lifting weights, and being outdoors, whether it is going for a walk or playing by the water.
