Hard Core Cross
Hard Core Cross is exactly like it sounds. It is hard, it works your core, and it is a type of cross training that will drive results. Although this is a challenging class, it isn't so hard that you cannot give it a try. This class is priced in monthly sessions and is offered 3 times a week for a total of 12 to 15 possible sessions a month. Classes are Monday's, Wednesday's, and Friday's at 5:00AM. Ask TTS Fitness Staff about reduced price for long term commitments.
